What if you change your mind?

We don’t offer a refund for change of mind.

Can fabric be returned for a refund?

Cut fabric and metreage cannot be return unless it is deemed to be faulty. Contact by email: ptchmaze@bigpond.com or phone 0356749292 during business hours (Wed – Sat 10am-3pm). After consultation with Jeanette fabric can be returned and when inspected, the fabric is deemed faulty a credit or refund will be given.

Do you refund for Pre Orders?

No. Items purchased and paid for which are pre orders are not eligible for any refund. Any pre orders affected by the Covid19 crises cannot be cancelled or refunded. Orders will be shipped as soon as possible once stock and shipping options are available. If you wish to cancel your order a 50% cancellation fee will apply

What if the product I bought is faulty?

In the unlikely event that this happens, please email us ASAP so we can give you a Return Authority Number and arrange return of the item at your cost for examination and testing. If the item is deemed to be faulty the item will be replaced or repaired under warranty (sewing machine and overlockers)

The purchaser of a sewing machine, quilting machine or overlocker must have completed a basic introductory class with Patchwork Maze before the item purchased can be deemed to be faulty. Replacement of machines is subject to manufacturers approval.

What if I don’t know how to use the product I have purchased?

Patchwork Maze offers free basic lessons with the purchase of sewing machines, quilting machines and overlockers. Lessons are conducted at Patchwork Maze, 21 Coastview Lane, Glen Alvie. Victoria 3979
